Activity 1.3 – Pause and Reflect
Throughout this course you will be asked to pause and reflect on your own experience and consider information and strategies by using the reflection journal as a guide. Save a copy of your reflections for future reference. Reflection journal activities are for your own personal use, however, you are welcome to discuss your thoughts and experiences in the discussion forum if you wish.
To complete your first Reflection Journal activity, consider what gives you strength. Take some time to reflect on the things that give you strength and how you might use these things to keep you going when things get tough. Once identified, you can share your insights with your own social network.
